Carla J. Dowell, CPA joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 1996. Prior to joining the firm, she spent seven years in public accounting with a large regional CPA firm in Evansville, Indiana. Carla is Manager of the Accounting and Auditing department. She has a strong background in both audit and tax with over 20 years of experience in public accounting.

She has extensive experience with non-profit, governmental organizations, retirement plan auditing.

She is a cum laude graduate of Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
