Walker, CPA/ABV, CFE, CVA joined Riney Hancock CPAs psc in 1976 and became a shareholder in 1981. Terry is Director of the Consulting Services division. Along with providing business advice and valuation assistance to clients from utilities to manufacturing to small businesses and individuals, he is active in many professional and civic organizations. Gregory L. MooreGregory L. Moore, CPA, CFP, PFS joined Riney Hancock CPAs psc in 1976 and became a shareholder in 1980. Greg is Director of the Financial Advisory Services division. For more than 36 years, he has provided a full range of financial advisory and planning services to both large and small businesses, their owners and employees and individual clients. He is a frequent speaker for companies and civic and community organizations, including Green River Area Development, Bristol Myers Squibb, Rotary, and the Estate Planning Council. Edna Syra BarnesEdna S. Barnes, CPA joined Riney Hancock CPAs psc in 1982 as a staff accountant and became a shareholder in 1992. She has provided a full range of practice management consulting services to physicians, dentists and other healthcare providers. Scott L. ClayScott L. Clay, CPA has been with Riney Hancock CPAs psc for more than 26 years and became shareholder in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, he spent five years as a chief financial officer of a major independent coal mining company employing approximately 200 people and having annual gross revenues ranging from $40 to $50 million. He had total responsibility for financial reporting, cash management, and tax planning functions, and negotiated terms with customers, financial institutions, insurance providers and vendors. Steven C. MuddSteven C. Mudd, CPA joined Riney Hancock CPAs psc in 2000 as partner-in-charge of the Evansville office. His responsibilities include managing the Evansville operations and will also serve as a director in the firm’s overall small business development group. He has 26 years public accounting experience with large and small regional CPA firms with extensive experience in the manufacturing, retirement plan auditing, banking, governmental, retail, wholesale, health services, non-profit organizations, and construction.
