Mary M. Moore joined Riney Hancock CPAs in 1999 to work as a third-party administrator of Qualified Retirement Plans. Mary also assists with all the back office duties for RiverCities Asset Management, LLC. Mary is a summa cum laude graduate of West Virginia University at Beckley with an Associates Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting.
Areas of Emphasis

Assist clients with Plan installation by doing document preparation, employee education and enrollment, and assist with payroll modification

Assist with Plan design by analysis of cost, Plan selection, contribution formulas, and eligibility rules.

Plan administration of SEP Plans, Money Purchase Pension Plans, 401(k) Plans, Profit Sharing Plans, Simple IRA Plans, and Cross Tested Plans

Other Plan Services including Plan Loans, Distribution processing and reporting, Retirement Needs analysis, and Rollover Assistance.

Account Administration Services include assistance with opening and maintaining accounts at Charles Schwab at the request of Advisor (RiverCities Asset Management).

Assist Advisor with all back office duties and implementation of financial planning, and retirement planning softwares. Assist Advisor with screening of mutual funds and stocks via various software packages.
- Monitor all client accounts and maintain all records as needed by the Advisor.
