Michael S. Haynes

Michael S. Haynes, CPA, CVA, joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 2022, when the Evansville firm of Umbach and Associates joined Riney Hancock CPAs. Prior to joining Riney Hancock CPAs, he was a partner with Umbach and Associates and joined the firm in 1978. He has extensive experience in providing tax services for businesses and individuals and business valuation services. He works with clients in various industries including, but not limited to manufacturing, construction, farming, and non-profit.

Michael is a graduate of Eastern Washington State College with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
